Bethlen Cottages: Independent Living for residents who do not needed personal assistance.
Ligonier Gardens: Assisted Living and Personal Care for people who require little to moderate help with the activities of daily living and healthcare.
Bethlen Home: Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for both short- and long-term care. Friendship Garden’s, a specialty care unit for those experiencing dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, is within Bethlen Home.
Home Care: Home Health care for those who need nursing assistance following a surgery or illness.
Hospice: End of life Hospice Services providing physical, emotional and spiritual care and support to patients and their families.
Companion Caregiving Services: Companionship/Helper and low level personal care services offered by Companion Care at home. These services are available to both residents within and outside the Bethlen Community.
Graceful Aging Wellness Center: A full service physical fitness and wellness center focusing on providing the Seven Dimensions of Wellness (Physical, Spiritual, Social, Emotional, Occupational, Environmental, and Intellectual) for adults 50 or older. The Graceful Aging Wellness Center is open to the public ages 50+.
