Pittsburgh Maintenance Management

I've been working with Patrick Conley, Conley Consulting and Hadad's Real Estate Services for about 5 years.  I am a Vice President for a fortune 500 company and have been building a real estate rental enterprise as a retirement business option for me down the road. I only have time to do some of the basics of running swelldwellings in the evenings and on the weekends. Patrick and his team have made it easy for me to manage/deal with all of the day to day issues including phone calls from tenants, problems with the rental units, general maintenence, repairs and turnover cleaning when a tenant moves out.
