- How to hire the right trainer?
You will want to meet with your trainer and ask questions, you'll know right away if you have a good rapport with them. This is imortant becuase you are going to be working with them side by side. You need to find a partner that is relaible, compassionate, understanding and moset of all, someone who is a good listener. I pride myself on really putting my feet into my client's shoes. I do the backend research for them, providieng them with a road map to success. It is so rewarding seeing my clients meet and exceed their goals. I love what I do! When you hire a personal trainer, they should have sincere passion and love for what they do!
I like to educate and quiz my clients so that I know there are learning and progressing. Eventually, on your time frame: you may want to do this yourself. It is my job to make sure you have an understanding each exercise and food you are in-taking. I offer unlimited support for all of my clients. I love seeing my clients make results and be able to say I was right there with them every step of the way.
Our first session will be discussing medical history, previous injuries, your personal goals, current diet, and much more. I will explain what is expected as a client as well as what you should expect to have me as your trainer.
If you need to reschedule a training session, a 24 hour cancellation is required. Failure to do so, will result in forfeit of the session. I extend the same courtesy to my clients, as a 24 hour notice to my clients as well!
My one-on-one sessions are approximately 45 minutes, give or a take a few minutes until you complete the workout!
Results differ from one person to another, since almost everyone’s goals are different in some way. You will start to see and feel results faster than you will on the scale. Energy levels, sleep, and moods will all improve with a good diet and exercise.
Eating an easily digested carbohydrate, such as ½ of a banana, or apple will help fuel your body to help your performance.
Eating a protein and small carb source within an hour after your workout will help feed your muscles to help them grow and decrease stubborn fat.
Although, cardio does have its benefits in weight loss. Cardio alone, will not help your muscles grow and become stronger. Strength training allows for you to target different muscle groups that you would not be able to with cardio training as well as burn fat and build muscle at the same time.
