Hotel RV Resort is a place for all to come and relax whether you are working in the area or simply passing through town. We are the newest campground in the tri-state area as well as the closest to interstate 70, right off of exit 1, for your convenience.

At our grounds, it is easy to relax with our vast amounts of land and large RV sites. There is no need to be concerned for safety because our 24-hour surveillance system will help keep family, friends, and yourself safe and secure. You can let loose and enjoy our professionally landscaped scenery you can view from our private hammocks and swings. Our campground is family-friendly and pet-friendly so don't shy away from bringing your furry friend!

To make sure you are always enjoying yourself in your downtime, we provide activities throughout the year, such as cook-outs, that the whole family will enjoy. Hotel RV Resort will provide you with a relaxing environment for a great time so contact us today and place your reservation.

Camping Rates

Nightly with electric, water, and sewage: $40.00

Weekly with electric, water, and sewage: $200.00

1 Month with electric water, and sewage: $650.00

2 Bedroom Apartment: Ask for rates 

Monthly Reservations 

Reservations made by phone will require a $100.00 deposit. If you cancel you will need to notify us 7 days before or your card will be charged for the deposit. The $100.00 deposit will be taken off your first months rent after your arrival. No refunds in case of multiple sites booked, cancelation penalties apply to each site canceled. 

Site Rules and Regulations 

• Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the entire campground. 
• Quiet Time: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Daily. Holiday weekend ours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Children must be with adults by 9:00 PM. 
• Campsite: Limit of One Camping Unit per Site. 
• Camp Fires: Must be in providing rings. All fires must be watched and extinguished before retiring for the night. 
• Children: Parents are responsible for children at all times. Do not leave children unattended. 
• Bicycles: All children under 12 must wear a helmet under PA law. Do not park bikes in the common area, and children must be back with bikes before dark. 
• Laundry Room: Please remove all personal items from the laundry room and wash down washers. Any articles left will be throw away. 
• Smoking: No smoking in any of the buildings.  
• Pets: Pets are permitted on the campsite. All animals must be on a leash and cleaned up after. 
• Firewood: Firewood is on sale at the store. No cutting of trees is allowed. 
• Trash: Must be thrown away in provided dumpster. 
• Water Usage: Washing of vehicles, RV's, ATV's, UTV's, and Bikes are prohibited. 
• Visitors: You are responsible for actions of your visitors. 
• Fireworks: ALL types of fireworks are prohibited. 
• Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol under the age of 21 is prohibited. 
• Disruptive behavior: If the police are called due to disruptive behavior you will be required to leave without a refund.
• Maintenance to Sites: All sites must be kept clean and free of debris. 
• Alterations to Sites: Campers may not change site without approval of management. 
• Electric Heaters: Electric heaters are prohibited.
