My desktop started acting up at work because we were trying to initiate our virtual cloud services that my boss decided to employ for the team and I could not figure out how to sync it properly. I called PSI and within minutes they were easily able to tell me how to fix it so I could connect with the team and it made everything so much easier!
I was having a problem with my microsoft applications and could not get the right version to work because there were 2 different versions trying to run and I called the support team and they were very helpful. It was nice to see what they did too so I can hopefully do the same procedure if there is ever a problem again.
Had a major desktop issue the other day and call PSI Perfection Technical Support. My computer had completely crashed and within 2 hours they had a technician at our location to work on my computer and get it back up. The technician was professional and knew exactly what to do. He got me up and running before the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company!
