Horrible Customer Service

Three appointments in a row the tech did not show, cancelled or was going to be significantly late therefore resulting in a cancel! I was supposed to be a new customer switching over service, but they apparently weren't too concerned about my business. The supervisor I spoke to, also was not cooperative or willing to provide more appropriate customer service. I would not recommend them, as they are NOT reliable! I will not be giving them my business!

After researching 4 different security systems we settled on SSA. They gave us the best description of their services and offered us more for the money. After having a very bad experience with the local installer for ADT and cancelling them, we experienced what a truly professional installation should be. We feel very safe knowing our home is protected by SSA.

SSA is great! Reasonable price, service reps are technically proficient, show up on time, and do exactly what you ask them. I have had very few issue with my system and when I have run in to the occasional problem, it is fixed immediately with no issues. Thanks SSA! Mike

I have had SSA for the last 4 years. They are by far the best security business in the business. Any time I had any issues or concerns they answered the calls and had help scheduled immediately. When I wanted to upgrade my services they offered me the services at a reasonable price and the quality of the products is fantastic. We are fortunate that we have not needed them in the case of an emergency, but I feel confident from my experience with them that they would handle it the way that they handled all the services thus far with professionalism and promptness.

Very happy with our SSA security system. Very simple to use and gives you piece of mind. I love the cell phone app and the ability to monitor my home even when we are away.

The installers were great and did a fantastic job also. It was reassuring to see them pull up in SSA marked company vehicles, wearing SSA shirts. Can't say the same for a competitor whom we were previously contracted through.

I have been using SSA Security for about 3 years now. My wife and I have been very happy with the service. When we do make the mistake of setting off our alarm we have gotten immediate calls from them. The prices are very reasonable and we would not go anywhere else. Great company.
