This is a long time family run business and boy do they do it right! They have an incredible selection and great prices. I wouldn't listen to the 1 star reviews, this place deserves a 5 star. They are honest and true and know what they are talking about. They were patient and gave me 1 on 1 time helping me find exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend.

Great store. No long wait to get someoone to help you (like at cabelas) or waiting to find a human being working in the gun Dept (like Dunham's or wal-mart). Most importantly they don't treat you like a moron if you aren't a gun expert (like Ace sporting goods). Overall the most pleasant firearms sto I've ever been in.

Friend had his brand new gun in for scope mount. They damaged the stock and refuse to fix it. Couldn't be me!

They sold me a 1911 on Gunbroker that was supposed to be in great shape and owned by a collector who barely fired it.

When I received the 1911 after multiple delays, I found that this 1911 was run dry and has multiple chips and micro fractures in the lugs of the slide and the barrel from rapid firing it without oil to lube the firearm.

I tried to return this firearm and they refused to take it back. I disputed the purchase with my credit card company since Federal Firearms refused the return of this unsafe 1911. After my dispute I receive threating emails and calls from Justin at Federal Firearms. I was threatened with false allegations, being charged with theft, being reported to the ATF, and then there was a statement in email that they would do whatever they had to to get the firearm back which they claimed was still theirs even though it was transferred to me by my FFL through my purchase.

Now that they decided they want the firearm back, I asked them to send me a label with tracking, insurance, signature required, and it must be going to the business address they have listed. After Justin agreed to this and said he would send my FFL a shipping label, he turns around and lies to my credit card company by rebuttaling my dispute stating I am not responding to them in resolving this issue.

I have provided all of my documentation to the credit card company with this fraudulent activity and I have started working with local law enforcement.

This is why you don't want anything to do with this company as they are untrustworthy and will take advantage of you with every opportunity possible.

I've been buying guns for nearly forty years. Federal Firearms has a fair pricing and a staff that knows about guns and how to help a customer find the right gun.

I highly recommend this shop.

Not surprised that people come from near and far to buy their firearms from Federal. Their team is full of extremely knowledgeable guys and they've always been willing to work with me and my family on selling and buying, with fairness on both ends. Their honesty, knowledge and passion for firearms is the reason why they're best in the game. Plus Hank the shop dog is really cool lol

What a gem, not only is their selection pretty surprising, the guys working there are knowledgeable and friendly. The gunsmith as well, I had brought in my M&P9 and he allowed it to work like a dream after trigger replacement. Couldn't be happier, also it took a couple weeks to get it back because this was in the midst of all the gun control talk in the news so they were very busy (everyone runs to the closest gun store thinking we won't have our AR15s tomorrow). Point is, he told me it would be around $40 and then charged me $10 when I picked it up. Not sure if it was because of the wait or what but it was nice of them to do that regardless of reasoning. Very refreshing to find a place like this, they gained a customer for life.

Badly overpriced, poor service. I asked about a particular type of vintage handgun and was told "come on in we have too many to list on the phone". Truth was they had 2, and both were priced waaaay above their value and they refused to negotiate. Not returning as many superior dealers are available locally.

As a first time gun purchaser, It was recommended for me to go to Federal Firearms. The business has been there 47 years I was told by the sales person.A third generation family owned business . Which in today's crazy world that's impressive.I was also impressed by their selection of new and used guns.I was never hurried or made to feel dumb with the questions I asked.The man helping me was very informative and knowledgeable .Asking me if I had experience with handguns( probably from some of the questions I asked ) and recommending me taking a firearms training and safety course.
I was very happy with my experience at this store and I will be going back for all my shooting supplies.
