Very nice place with lots of amenities. However, I can't say the same about the staff. My friends and I came to play some Pickleball on back to back days and were denied a net because there is a "war" between people wanting to play basketball and Pickleball. The worst part about it is that there was no one on the courts. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this location and will take our memberships somewhere else.

I've been a member off and on over the years, and have also been there for physical therapy through Washington Health systems.
The pro's:
Friendly, helpful staff. Anyone and everyone working on the floor is ready and willing to help. The personal trainers are excellent! I've had the pleasure of working with two and they were fantastic.
Lots of machines to use. From strength to cardio, it's all there.
The two pools and the whirlpool are excellent. I've used the steam room in the ladies locker room and it's perfect.
Physical Therapy staff is excellent! I've done PT in their gym facilities and the pool, and everyone was great.
The walking track in the mezzanine is excellent.
The con's:
Some of the equipment is so old, like a few treadmills have hook ups for IPods from the early 2000's. The equipment needs updated.
Sometimes when the equipment is broken, it's down for a long time.
During the summer, they offer a summer camp for kids. At times, the pool area will have a few lanes reserved for the kids, making it hard to get a lane in the pool and having very loud kids screaming and splashing all over the place.
Not enough hooks in the pool area or the locker rooms especially to hang your items for showers or towels by the pool.
It's expensive. Besides paying the monthly fee, if you want any of the special classes they offer or a personal trainer, it's not cheap at all. There are plenty of free classes to try, but the really interesting ones that are regimented will cost you.
Overall I'd definitely recommend it. It's just showing it's age .Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 1137913125Feb 14, 2022
Cameron Wellness Center is a top notch facility. As a member, I love that there is not only an awesome weight/cardio area for exercising, but the indoor track, basketball court, and lap pool are what make this place really stand out from other fitness centers. The pool area also has a communal hot tub, and sauna. The ladies locker room has a steam room, with showers.
As someone who enjoys group exercise classes it is great to have an option to sign up for free classes as well (cycling, yoga, etc.)
Spa Harmony is fantastic, and my 80 minute facial was the best that I had ever had.
To top it off, CWC is taking so many extra steps during COVID. The fitness center is spotless, and the employees are constantly cleaning and have their masks on.
I have been a member on and off at this fitness center for around 6 years or so and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The prices are higher than surrounding fitness centers, but you get so much more for your money by joining here.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Sherry G.Canonsburg, PA010Mar 4, 2023
Highly recommend! The center offers many options for classes for free. I enjoy the water aerobics. The staff is always on hand to help out with any questions and always keeping up with cleaning.

I'm a new member and love the lap pool, saunas, and gym. However, I signed up for a 80 minute facial at Spa Harmony and it was not 80 minutes. I was shorted 8 minutes. Yes, I looked at my clock at the beginning and when she finished because I've had this happen before at Massage Envy and just wanted to take notice. If I'm paying for a timed service, I want my time! Also, when checking in the receptionist asked if I wanted to pay up front before the massage and also asked if I wanted to give the tip. I did pay, but said I would give the tip after. So the facial was $110 and the girl was standing there looking at me as of waiting for a tip so I tipped her $6. And I wanted to say right then about the time, but couldn't bring myself to do it. Because I'm that kind of person. This type of business practice just irkes me. So I'll stick to the pool and the gym section and go somewhere else for my facials.

I love going to this center. I recently moved to the area and joined this center in March. I wanted to exercise using a pool and this works great for me. The exercise area is very clean and I like the layout. I have never experienced a negative attitude at the front desk, but hopefully the bad reviews were acknowledged. Attitude can make or break a business especially with social media. The spa is a great plus. I bought a massage package and the experience is wonderful. Overall I am very satisfied with my decision to join.

The gym, aquatics area, and women's locker room are clean and well maintained. The therapy pool is wonderful for post-workout stretching. The fitness staff is knowledgable. A special "shout out" to my swimming instructor, with whom I regularly train and who I have observed expertly teaching many children to swim. It's a great place to swim and to take your children to learn to swim.

My husband and I have been members of this gym for 7 years. We are consistently disappointed by the way the desk and office staff treats the members, but continue to go there because we love the gym itself.
It's a shame bc we really enjoy treating our friends to a day at the gym with us, but have had to stop bringing people there bc staff is rude. It starts the experience on a very bad note--just embarrassing. And we pay $15/day per person for each guest- on top of paying $118/month for our own membership!!! The fitness staff is great, dietitians and housekeeping staff are great. It's just the rest of the staff that acts like we should be thankful that they grace us with their presence! Sad.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Tammy G.San Francisco, CA032Aug 22, 2020Updated review
This center has so many wonderful things and is all inclusive as far as equipment and training, but the director has a self-serving agenda that has absolutely zero regard for the overall future of the center, the employees, or the members. Anyone is disposable, from the most important employees who are the glue holding it together, to the most dedicated members. This center is a sinking ship and when it goes under, this director will be 100% to blame. I have no idea why she got this position; she does not possess the qualities a good director should, and you cannot have teamwork and loyalty when you work against your team and don't realize their importance. When the ship sinks, because of her awful mismanagement and treatment of employees and members, she won't have a center to "direct." An intelligent person might realize this. Don't cut off your nose to spite your face. Very sad.

I have always been greeted with a smile and willingness to help from trainers, the equipment is top notch, and well maintained, the facility is clean and up to date, and in addition to the gym, there is a fantastic pool area. There are also several classes offered. These are not just workout oriented, but directed also at overall health and wellness. The center is updated regularly and has been my haven. I highly recommend this fitness center. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place is horrible. It's outrageously overpriced and the people at the front desk are terrible. I would join any other fitness facility before I would join this one.
