After years of being obese, I finally had my moment of truth. Eight years ago, I released over 130lbs and today I live a healthy, active and vibrant lifestyle, I now help others realize life long transformation one healthy habit at a time. My approach to health is radically different. I believe optimal health and wellbeing is about what's added to your life, not what's subtracted from the scale. I coach utilizing a Six Step Process: Mindset, shift what's on the inside first, Education, fuel for thought, Accountability, one-on-one support and a virtual community, Nutrition, learning to power a healthy body through optimal fat burning, Activity, movement for progress, and Optimization, a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
For most, it starts with you achieving a healthy weight. This is the catalyst for changes. When you achieve your healthy weight, you may increase your health, confidence, and vitality. You create space for the life you want.
My approach works because it's simple, safe, structured and sustainable. Proven nutrition gets you where you want to go, and I make sure you never go it alone. My coaching is the lifeblood of the program. No matter what you are facing, I more than likely been in your very same shoes and can help steer you to success.
