Patrick is a tenacious and entrepreneur-spirited individual with project management, marketing, account management, sales, leasing and customer service experience in contracting, construction, and commercial / residential real estate industries. Dedicated, self-starter who capitalizes on a positive attitude, natural leadership talents, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Highly effective verbal and written communicator with extensive experience in presenting complex information to all levels of clients, with proven ability to think outside of the box to accomplish the task at hand.

Patrick has spent nearly his entire life working in the property services and management industry.  He began his career working and understanding the investment management business from the ground up.  He led crews in cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, project management, leasing, and has demonstrated natural leadership abilities.    

He launched Pittsburgh Maintenance Management to provide an ala carte property management option for his investment clients.  Pittsburgh Maintenance Management's mission is to provide the highest return on investments for the owners and the highest quality of life for residents while minimizing costs.
