If you are in the sign or graphics industries then you know that Pioneer is the place to go for everything sign related. I usually call in to order but have been using their website recently to order materials. The customer service staff is always helpful, and I get my products quickly every time. If I need something immediately I know that I can stop into their office on the North Side and order at the front desk.

Being a small (second job) business most of my work occurs after 5:00 pm and weekends, since the web-site update a few years ago it made it a lot easier to review the supplies they offer and place orders. A few years ago Pioneer was slightly higher in price for some items but due to their low delivery fee, their price beat most other suppliers, since then their prices have become very competitive and usually less than others, then adding their low delivery fee they are the lowest I can find for the items I use. With Pioneer making deliveries to my general area twice a week when supplies are in my regional warehouse I generally have the product within 3-days, occasionally they have to send it from the Pittsburgh location and almost always I have my full order within 7-days. With currently being a one man operation with considerably lower volume of business as a full time sign shop I feel Pioneer treats me as if I ordered as much as any other shop. Their representatives are always courteous and willing to offer advice or suggestions. When visiting their booth at the USSC Show in Atlantic City I have always been welcomed to discuss all my shop needs and always thanked for conducting business with them. They take the time to address all my product questions, and provide guidance even taking me to their material suppliers’ booths if needed and introducing me to the correct people there to address my questions. I am very thankful to be able to call Pioneer and they assist me with information and suggestions to make my business expand and expand.
