My basement had leaked since 1957 and for years my husband would say that we would get it fixed. In 1992 we hired a well known waterproofing company to fix the problem. They came late everyday and broke my sewer line. My husband finally had to ask them to leave. After that experience we waited another 10 years to fix the issue. We made sure to interview 5 companies thoroughly so that we would not go through the same disaster we had before. After this was over we could see that Keystone was the clear choice. The inspector answered all my questions and the crew that installed the work was timely, polite and clean. The other company sent three 19 year old boys in 1992 where as Keystone had a crew of experienced men do the work. I will forever recommend Keystone to anyone with a wet basement.

Out of all of the estimates I received, Keystone seemed to offer the most for my money. They were not the cheapest but after I did my research I could see that they offered more for my money. The cheaper bids were in fact a cheaper quality. All I can say is that Keystone gave me what they said they would. My basement is dry, the men were clean and prompt. I will pass on Keystone's name in the future.

After we purchased our home we found that the previous owner did not disclose that the basement wall was damage. The wall looked like it was about to fall over. My husband and I were at our wits end because we did not have a huge budget to work with because we just purchased our home. The first two firms we had in told us we had to destroy the wall and build a new one. Both told us it would be over 15 thousand dollars. I was in tears when I heard this.
A few days later I was at my mother's house for Christmas. I explained my ordeal to my family and my brother-in-law told me about Keystone. He said that they had fixed a wall in his house and that they were able to support it without rebuilding. After one meeting I could tell I was in good hands. The wall was reinforced for less than 3 thousand dollars.
It has been six years now and when Keystone asked for a testimonial I was pleased to do so. I am happy to say that my wall has not moved. I would be pleased to recommend Keystone to anyone with a foundation problem.

Thanks for the great work fixing our wet basement and bowed walls. Your crew was courteous and efficient, they even helped my husband unload a load of fire wood from his truck! I really felt good about the owner Aaron coming by the house each day to inspect the work and make sure everything was ok. He was great about answering our questions.
