It is with great pleasure that I write this letter about Richard Beynon and his Real Estate Company. For almost one year, my brother, Gabriele D’Achille, and I have dealt with Richard Beynon and his company regarding the sale of our building in downtown Pittsburgh. What an exceptional and outstanding experience it has been for both of us! Richard Beynon exemplifies true honesty and integrity in his work. He advised us clearly and honestly on the selling of our property. His work ethics are beyond reproach and he is truly committed to his work and his clients. He was so very patient with me. I called him repeatedly and he was always willing to answer questions and give useful advice. He was patient, kind and respectful no matter how simple my questions were. Richard’s real estate knowledge is exceptional and he has a great and respectful personality. I never saw Richard get angry or upset and his staff is just as kind and willing to help.
