Three Rivers Volkswagon

Had my first experience purchasing a VW with 3 Rivers. The sales and finance staff was professional and not too pushy. I have not dealt with the service people yet, but everything else was just fine.

It is much much better than the other dealerships in the area and I would recommend it to my friends and family. I also interacted with Tim and he is the man to see if you are looking for a new VW. He is knowledgeable and and a decent person to work with.

My family and I recently bought our 2008 VW passat here and I have to say, I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else for the rest of my life. They employ the most knowlegable team of sales people I've ever met. I am in  equipment sales  so needless to say when I go somewhere I have my guard up against anyone trying to sell me anything. There was absolutely no pressure, my salesman Tim was extremley helpful he was not once overbearing. There was not a question I had that wasn't answered effectively and truthfully, he took me and my family on a test drive and explained all the features along with how and when to use them,(I didn't know VW made cars like this) my children had a great time and my wife is so excited about the car.

He worked hard to get us into an affordable monthly payment and even opened up options we didn't know were available to us. Thank goodness for him and this dealership. I would highly recomend that if you are shopping for a VW, make sure you go see Tim he will make you fell like the most important person on the planet. Definitly 5 stars.

Sticker prices are OK here. I've seen a couple good deals on some older model VWs, but never on the Audi stock. aintainence is, for a dealer, extremely reasonable. I wouldn't buy a car here because of the pushy staff-- but this is something you deal with wherever you goto buy a car. I'd recommend them if you live in the area, or you need work done on a lease vehicle by an authorized dealer.
