We hired Heritage Industries last year to help design the interior railings as well as the exterior railings of our home. Heritage also designed beautiful ornamental iron gates in our backyard. They did a magnificent job of custom ironwork. I highly recommend this company.

We absolutely LOVE the new railings. They turned out better than I had pictured which is always a good thing. Also, I wanted to let you know what a professional, class act, perfectionist our installer, Brandon, was. He was on time and did an amazing job putting in the railings. I felt very comfortable having Brandon in my home and with the installation. Sometimes you deal with a reputable company but when they sub out you never know what will come walking through your door. He was both friendly and trustworthy. I just wanted to let you know that because I know running a business you usually only hear the complaints. I can't believe I had a job that big done in my home and I have not even one single complaint about it! I will definitely be referring Heritage Industries in the future! Thank you.

Just got home and my wife Anne was anxious to show me the railings which were installed today, I was surprised since I had expected them tomorrow, but must say the surprise was well worth it, the railing are above anything I could have expected, they turned out beautiful. The idea to create the small straight section to transition the landing to the steps and then start the curve turned out incredible, I had to write and let you know how pleased we are with the quality and the craftsmanship that was put into our project. I would like to express my satisfaction with Heritage Industries. Rob and Germaine Gladu were great to work with on my last custom stair project. With only the basic design of the stairs selected by our customer, Heritage Industries was an enormous complement to the design of the stair railing.
As with many projects, we were constrained by a budget and the desire to create the utmost in value for our customer. I worked with Rob and Germaine over several weeks to value engineer the project until the customer’s budge expectations were met.
During construction we faced an aggressive schedule to complete the renovation in a timely manner while our customer was out of town. Heritage’s crew of professional installers rose to the occasion and surpassed my expectations.
The overall project was a success, but I most enjoyed working with Rob and Germaine during design development and value engineering. The creative threads of this company wove success into this entry foyer.

Heritage Industries designed, fabricated, finished and installed an outdoor deck railing for us at our home in Green Tree Pennsylvania. From our first encounter with Rob and Germaine Gladu we knew we had a winning team. Not only did they display ultimate professionalism with a well though out portfolio of construction ideas, themes and diverse designs, they still perform the humble business deeds that are long lost on many industries of today. For example, they actually answer their phones, they promptly return phone calls, they show up when they are supposed to and they truly want to please their clients. Because of Rob and Germaine’s skill, determination and perfectionism we now have a beautiful outdoor living space. Our deck is unique and perfectly suited to our style home [which we didn’t even know what our style home was until Germaine enlightened us!!!] We have dealt with many contractors over the years but Heritage Industries is one of the few which we could, in good conscience, refer to friends and relatives. The would surely be a major asset to any associated business.
