Pittsburgh Divorce Attorney Robert Galbraith, Rob to his family and friends, was born and raised in the North Hills. Rob attended Westminster College where he was fortunate to be selected by his classmates to hold numerous elected offices as he pursued pre-law studies. After graduation from Westminster, Rob attended the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, OH. During his time at Case Western, Rob's course of studies was focused on pursuing a career in litigation. As a result of his academic excellence, Rob was awarded the Dean Dunmore Distinguished Advocate Award, the Paul J. Hergengroeder Award for Excellence in Courtroom Tactics, and the CALI Excellence For the Future Award in the field of trial tactics.
After his graduation from Case Western in 2000, Rob returned to southwestern Pennsylvania where he began practicing law in the Pittsburgh area. Rob is licensed to practice law throughout Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Rob spent a number of years representing insurance companies and their insureds in litigation. After this time, Rob chose to steer his career down a different path and enter the field of family law and domestic litigation. Rob's passion for this area of law developed after he was blessed to grow his own family through adoption. Rob also feels a powerful drive to use his legal experience to help people with issues concerning that which we all hold most dear - our families.
Rob is an avid outdoorsman who also enjoys studying the American Civil War and playing snare drum in the Mcdonald Pipe Band. Rob spends his most cherished time with his family and has enjoyed coaching youth soccer and t-ball for his sons teams in the Mars area.
