Our private studio is perfect for small events such as bridal showers to conferences that come with exclusive decor. We even offer balloon services with every balloon imaginable with designs that will leave your guests mesmerized.

EFFORTLESS SERVICES
When you want to add an elegant touch to your event, we offer the perfect service for you! Our Encore Exclusive service provides couture linens and designs that are hand picked specifically for your event. This "fashion runway" design is unique and classy to make your event a one-of-a-kind experience!
We encourage you to visit our showroom and take a look at our linen samples and photographs to get an idea of what's perfect for your event. Encore Exclusive's trusted professionals can help complete your event planning with floral design and arrangements. Anything you need to make your event special!
If you are interested in an in-house event ask about our Studio Rental. They are ideal for small and intimate events for 60 or less. If desired, our studio rentals include exclusive decor and additional upgrades to customize your event. Our studio events can be catered by our recommended caterer or you can bring your own food.

$75 Per Hour (No Decor) Monday through Thursday
Custom or Themed Events
$500 studio only + Custom Decor + 20% Design Fee
Events and Celebrations
$850 - Base Celebration
Pricing may vary on decor needs and catering.
**Half of the total amount is required to secure a date. An additional $100 security deposit is due with your final balance.

When you are looking for somewhere to hold a big event, we have the perfect place! We have partnered with Central Northside Hall in Pittsburgh that seats up to 400 people!

In 2010, Owner and Creative Director Stacey L. Barlow opened Encore Event Design as a means of caring for her family and grew to become a part of her family. Stacey L. Barlow Hill obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Indiana University of PA, as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Point Park University. In addition, Stacey has a certification in Event Decorating from the Event Decorating Academy in Florida, and over 10 years retail management and visual merchandising experience.
In addition to a passion for decorating and creating magical events in and around the Pittsburgh area, the talented team at Encore Event Design is experienced in Visual Merchandising and Design, and is dedicated to making each event an unforgettable celebration!
