We offer a great variety of services for your training needs. We have Child Care, a Juice Bar, Personal Trainers, Spa Services, Tanning Studio, Sauna and so much more. Our Facility has all the tools you need to meet your fitness goals. This includes shower facilities, sauna and lockers for your convience.  We do have towels for your use as well.

The aerobics studio holds 50 people! Everything is included -- all you need to do is show With 54% of Americans overweight, it's clear that many of us are not following the latest fitness guidelines that prescribe an hour of exercise a day. In fact, there was no doubt a collective groan when people realized they would now have to find an hour each day to do something they can't seem to find 5 minutes for.  How important are these guidelines and what can you do to make them fit into your life?

Next stop -- circuit training. Pyramid selectorized equipment and a variety of free weights are the main focus in this area. This combination can provide a positive learning experience for the beginner and still challenge the most advanced.

Included in your membership is access to two racquetball / handball courts. Reservations can be taken up to a week in advance. Several leagues meet weekly, including a women's/men's mixed league, and the Professional Handball Association. Racquets and balls are available at the front desk.

Join the latest crazes in fitness. Our spinning program, yoga and pilates classes rate top notch. For cycling, we have Lemond Revmaster bikes in a seperate room dedicated for spinners. Our large variety of classes can stimulate the beginner or challenge the most competitive rider. Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.

Do you want to keep up with your tan throughout the winter. Well we have just the thing for you. We have a state of the art tanning bed for your convience.

Amerifit is proud to offer two separate rooms dedicated to the serious weightlifter. We provide chalk, heavy duty equipment and a hard core environment. With dumbbells that go to 160 lbs, we can challenge anyone!

We have a state of the art Martial Arts Room with matted floors, mirrors, ab stations and more.   Classes in Pilates, Yoga and Karate are taught in this room.
