&Beyond is an applied-improv leadership development consulting and coaching firm based in Pittsburgh, PA.
We believe the most important culture initiative a company can invest in is empowering and equipping leaders to be culture protagonists through their mindset and behavior day in and day out. Our leadership development program uses improv as a content delivery method to teach the skills that allow this to happen naturally in fast-paced, highly innovative, rapidly growing environments.
I work with businesses who are invested in their employee experience. I help them grow fearlessly by staying anchored to what they care about during times of transition. My leadership development program allows them to bring their people through the adjustment period with care, consideration and the levity of improv. I help them build and fortify an office culturethat supports your values AND your long term growth.
The result is less friction. More collaboration. And more growth.
My passion is to use the foundations of improv and the strengths-based perspective inherent to my background in Social Work to create more joy, positivity and productivity in work environments. I do this through highly engaging leadership trainings, confrontation trainings and coaching programs designed to help clients advance in their careers.

Search Magnet Local allows users to contribute reviews on a business. The best reviews are honest, passionate and personal.
They offer a rich narrative, a wealth of detail, and a helpful tip or two for other consumers.
Personal Experience: We want to hear about your firsthand consumer experience, not what you heard from your
co-worker, friend or significant other. Try to tell your own story without resorting to broad generalizations and conclusory allegations.
Accuracy: Make sure your review is factually correct. Feel free to air your opinions, but don't exaggerate or
misrepresent your experience. We don't take sides when it comes to factual disputes, so we expect you to stand behind your review.
Conflicts of Interest: Your reviews should be unbiased and objective. For example, businesses and their
employees shouldn't write reviews about themselves or their competitors.
