Edge of the Bay Appliance is a Factory Certified Servicer for Sub Zero And Wolf appliances.  We provide same business day/next business day service for Sub Zero Refrigerators that are not cooling or freezing.   Our main goal or objective is to repair any Sub Zero or Wolf Product on the first trip or return in a short period of time with parts, if not stocked.  We have an extensive inventory of parts to obtain this goal, although it is impossible to repair every product on the first trip. 

We also provide preventive maintenance on an as requested basis. For instance:

• Getting the outdoor patio kitchen ready for the season. (not the plumbing)
• Cleaning the condenser on the refrigerator to avoid a costly repair in the future.
• Checking the oven temperature so that cooking doesn't become a guessing game. 

We have been in business servicing Anne Arundel, Talbot And most of Queen Annes Counties since April 1997.  We also service select brands for Prince George, Kent and Caroline Counties. 

We are a small family business that provides first rate service. We call all of our customers in the morning of the scheduled day of the repair with a two hour window so they don't have to wait all day and sit at home.  We offer first call appointments which is usually between 8:00 am and 9:00 am in the morning but, they are limited.  We offer afternoon and morning appointments if the geographical area the tech is in can accommodate.
